Notes on password changes

1. Individuals are responsible for protecting their passwords and maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords.
2. Avoid writing down passwords in writing, posting them on personal computers or terminal screens, or other places where secrets can easily be revealed.
3. When there are signs that a user's password may have been compromised, the user's password should be changed immediately.
